How long will it take to receive my order?
At alpewomensshoes.com, we prepare your package on the same day we receive the payment confirmation in our system—provided it comes before 12:00 pm (peninsular time), Monday to Friday. Otherwise, preparation will take place on the next business day. You’ll soon be able to enjoy your purchase!
What is the deadline I have to return a product?
At alpewomensshoes.com we give you a period of 30 days to make your return.
How can I process a return?
Log in to your account and go to the Returns section. There, you’ll see a list of all orders eligible for return (those placed within the last 30 days).
In the “Actions” field, select the option you’d like:
- Return the product.
If you’d like to exchange it for a different model, you’ll need to return the original item and then place a new order. We’ll take care of the rest.
You’ll receive instructions via email to complete your exchange or return.
